This Saturday is the first of the next three NLI Competitions!!!
We had a CFLV PR of 69 total people in attendance yesterday!! We LOVE to see so many people coming in! Keep it up people!!!
WOD:
One-rep Max Weighted Pull-up*
Then.......
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
10 Sumo-deadlift High Pulls (53/35)
10 Hand Release Push-ups
20 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25) (10 each leg)
*If you don't have a pull-ups yet then you will work on getting your pull-up!!!*

Who is going to come out to the NLI this Saturday, the 4th?? It will NOT be at the OC Marketplace like is has the last few competitions. The new location is 25401 Paseo de Valencia, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Click here for spectator tickets and for more info on the competition and upcoming events! Spectator tickets re $8 online and $10 at the venue.
The energy during the evening classes last night was out of control, in a good way!! That's the kind of energy that motivates us all to push just a little, or a lot, harder!! One way to keep that going and experience that outside of the gym is to come out and show support to our athletes at these competitions! Rick, Terry, Remin, Mike M., and Robby D., are a few of the people that I (nico) know are competing, if you are competing and I didn't mention you please comment!!! Let's try to get a good group out to show our CFLV athletes the love they deserve!!!

Rick...I couldn't agree more! What a powerful day yesterday! I think that all the chatter was happening on Facebook and I gotta say, I really liked it!
